Bean curd.

Curd isn't good. Curds and whey is bad. Curds are barely acceptable, but separated from whey, they get ugly. "These just had whey in them? What's whey?" "Thin white milky stuff." "Jesus. I'm glad you got it out of there, but I'm not eating it. "

So what do they have to do to beans to get curd? Run them through worms? Chew them first? Let them rot?
