Jay, Thanks for the summary. The reasoning that the customers want it doesn't fly too well with me in that, at least in theory, the price gradually falls to where the total market cap remains roughly the same before or after the secondary offering. The difference is that there are fewer earnings per share, thus a lower share price.

That said, still very bullish on this company's prospects. DSO is excellent--wonder how they define a sale--and unusually low.
