Guys,
visit "Silicon Valley Group" thread. Lasers will be fitted on Micrascan III, Micrascan II is still Hg lamp exposure based, and recently refitted to be capable of 0.25 micron levels. Micrascan III delivery dates are being pushed out. Also SVGI not pure play on litho tools.
