I have been lurking on the thread and watching I2 for awhile and have a couple of comments:

MANU - Given that Manu only has a market cap of a couple hundred million, should ITWO look at buying MANU? Here is some of my reasons:

1. MANU would give ITWO instant access to more human resources which I assume could be applied to ITWO current product offerings.
2. MANU has some sales leads and channels that could be beneficial to ITWO.
3. It keeps SAP/PSFT or whoever(although maybe now unlikely) from buying MANU and potentially disrupting the market for ITWO.

Recruiting

I2 has the recruiting engine running pretty well. I interviewed with them a couple of months ago and it appears that they have numerous interviews going on every day and they have large recruiting days on Saturday. After one day of 5-6 interviews they are good at making a decision.

Most of the people I spoke with were consultants and I was impressed with thier ability to focus and prioritorize. In my case, they made a good offer with stock option incentives(many of the people I spoke with made more money on options than in salary), but I chose to accept another position in a different field of work.
