I wonder when or if they were going to bother to let shareholders know, "litigation is in discovery phase with deposistions to continue into Feb."

Oh, and by the way our co-founder is gone.

If there is any thing to this suit the stock will drop to $5.00 a share........and rightly so.

I really am sorry for long term holders who have to put up with this crap.

It brings to mind a phrase " lying by omission is just as bad as lying by comission".
