Why the phone calls trying to get the proxies returned? I've been a shareholder for years & its certainly unusual. Are shareholders fighting management's proposal to amend the Company's Articles of Incorporation to free it from a Pennsylvania anti-takeover law? Does management think it will be a close vote?
