That's the product of the lawsuit! But remember the lawyers still get paid. The state's didn't do anyone any good. Now the rest of us will be getting the same treatment, this sets the standard. Geeez

Hell AOL had already commited 350 million dollars to upgrade the system by June...I think that was a pretty good effort.

And think about the problems we have on the Internet, who should we bring a suit against?
