CIBC Investors Edge Is now posting this message after you place a buy or sell order. "Please proceed to View Open Orders to confirm that your orders has been sent for review by a Registered Representative. Due to high market activity, View Open Orders will not be available from 9:30 to 10:30 AM EST and again from 3:30 t0 4:00 PM EST:" Well at least they're doing that now. Last week , it just didn't work. No explaination given. But is that dealing with a bad situation? Maybe they'll hire more staff. BR
