"(Amex:AXC - news) today announced that it has purchased approximately 20% of the capital stock of TV onthe Web, Inc. and has the option to acquire a majority interest." Another move that if it seems to be a good fit they can increase their position. A smart strategy. Once again however we are left wondering exactly what this is costing. But at least we are seeing Bramson start to execute his strategy.
