They will either hire more reps to handle the phones or lose customers I am sure. Heck it would be like operating in the dark if one is daytrading.Best to look for an exit prior to the blackout period.
I find this typical of most banks though. You do business their way at their speed or you don't do business.It is the same in the small business financing arena.That is why they have gotten so much flack in the past few years.The banks and most financial institutions fail to estimate the growth and will lose marketshare until they get someone on board who sets up a system for the client and not for the bank....
