Hi Bob,

Thought I would shed some light on your question. Anybody has the ability to privatize at any time given 2 things happen. First the company must get an independent evaluation or fairness opinion done by an outside source. It would be virtually impossible to hide from them a material fact such as a diamoniferous pipe in Mauritania. Secondly they can only offer you a price for youer shares. It still remains your decision as to whether you accept the offer or not. I think that Serge would be more apt to accept a bid from someone else. 16 million shares X ? is a lot of money.
