"How are you going to explain the continued investment by SGP in the filings for approvals and commercial launches around the world?" Duh, maybe because they signed a legally binding contract with ZONA to make milestone payments and file for approval around the world in the very beginning before they realized they'd made a mistake? Once they make the commitment, they have to follow through to justify the expense whether they think the drug will make them money or not. If it doesn't work out, they take a corporate tax write off. Duh.
