Oil Rig Count

Perhaps a ray of sunshine in the rather dismal Rig Count Report out of Houston: "Of the major oil and gas producing states,only Texas added rigs this week rising by eight to a total of 206". Louisiana had 144 operating, down two. The two states comprise over half of the 588 operating rigs nationwide. Just putting a slightly positive "SPIN"on the Depression like headlines. Ha
