PartyTime, what Brady suggests...

Brady says :<< I'm sure that if one were to call and say they were ready to drop $100,000.00 into the stock if they were informed about certain matters, they would get answers. Probably answers over dinner at a fancy restaurant.>>

... is blatently illegal, unless "certain matters" are insignificant matters.

How is HPD being a 'basher" to point this out?

If Brady is right, then the company is breaking the law.

HPD is suggesting that they wouldn't do that, and that the company wouldn't give preferential treatment to large investors.

It seems to me that HPD isn't bashing at all, but defending the company, saying that they wouldn't disobey the law the way that Brady suggests that they would.

So, let's try this again - who's right? Brady, or HPD?

Do you think that ZULU obeys the law, and releases significant information only through public sources, or do you think they bend the rules for a price?
