Caution - yes.

MFN is an entirely different story. How could you compare the two?

BTW it was XLCT that missed the quarter, not INEL. A proper play would have been shorted XLCT and longed INEL before they crashed. (The small float on XLCT kept me away from doing that.) Of course these two stocks has never really been trading in tandem until now.

INEL has yet to announce their earning. Looking at these depressed prices, I think the worst has already been factored in. This is how the $treet works -- either they extrapolate to the very best or factor in the very worst. The stock is sold under its intrinic value for a reason. Otherwise it should be trading near 7 now. For every share that was sold, there was a buyer. Someone have been lending support on this stock and buying at or near the 4 level. E.g. I was watching today INEL action at the close, two 8K shares sold at 4-1/8, yet the bid did not move. In fact, the block size did not matter, as long as someone is welling to sell, someone is buying near 4. Who is buying this stock I wonder? It has been doing this the whole week. No matter how large the block is, as long as it is sold near 4. Someone will take it and the bid moved very little. I wish I have level II access.
