Well, Brk.a has approx 3.1 million shares outstanding (same with Brk.b). Depending on the the weight that BH would have in the S&P 500 and the fact that most of the BH shareholders (including WEB's 40%) are in it for the long haul, I would guess that there would not be enough float for all the index funds to buy their required amount of BH. I think the liquidity issue will prevent BH from ever being included in the index. Of course WEB could always do a reverse stock split to *REALLY* keep the BH out of the index. Of course little guys like myself with my 1 share of BRK.B would be SOL. Bry
