Questions All:

1. Does anyone recall how long Mr. Briscoe has been with IOM? To what extent was he responsible for the development and bringing to market of Zip (if at all)?

2. Who is now responsible for their R&D department?

3. Who are the "visionaries" that will help identify and develop new products? Are any of these people carryovers from the KE days?
