Hope I didn't talk you out of a good trade. The only reason I mentioned the ascending trend channel was because the stock has conformed to known chart patterns in the past. However, even if AOL did stay in the channel this is a relatively short term pattern. Puts far enough out would protect you from a technical rally. Of course, with AOL's volatility the put premiums are way up there.

Nice little downward intraday pattern today. Fingers crossed for next week since I am still holding 32 1/2 Feb puts. Good Luck!!!!
