Jonathan, thanks for the info.....from the article it appears that it will challenge forcefill....however the question is when is there going to be a production tool available??

I called Varian and Sematech....and it seems no one know anyting about it....they asked me to fax the article to them....I did and they are supposed to get to me with info. I will post it when I hear anything.
