Here's the thing about State Street -- These guys are VERY well known for efficiency and scale in handling the back office operations for a number of mutual fund companies (we were even looking at them for our emerging markets trades processing needs). Correct me if I'm wrong, but I thought they did some work for Fidelity? State Street's use of CF's portfolio system is a big vote of support, IMHO -- much more important than CF's other portfolio clients. Also, let's not forget that it follows that the same institutional investors who may step up to buy some CF presumably know all about State Street's importance. RK
