MILLSTREAM COMMENCES TIMMINS AREA
DEEPER DRILL PROGRAM
Millstream Mines Ltd.'s Deeper Drill Program is starting up on its Cu-Zn-Co
VMS Potter Mine Property located in northern Ontario, Canada in the
Timmins-Matheson area. The Diamond Drill Contractor is mobilizing to
replace the current on-site drill (Longyear 38) with a more powerful drill
rig (Longyear 50) capable of doing 2,200+/- meter holes (7,000+/-ft.)
cutting NQ size core (same size as past drilling programs).
The current Deeper Drill Program is targeted to further expand and confirm
the downward continuity of the Discovered Massive Cu-Zn-Co Sulphide ore
zones for an additional 305 meters (1,000ft.) below what was confirmed in
the previous deep drill program. The objective being to confirm
approximately 610 meters (2,000ft.) of massive sulphide ore zones below the
past mine workings with parallel zones (stacking) that are open in depth.
The initial stage of this Deeper Drill Program is to drill four (4) holes,
1,300+/-meters (4,265+/-ft.) in length to intersect the Cu-Zn-Co massive
sulphide (MASA) ore zones 914+/- meters (3,000+/-ft.) below surface. Hole
S99-01 (17+60W, 875S, Az 350, Dip -60) is the first of the four holes to be
drilled. Successful results will require further drilling of infill holes
or wedging off existing holes for configuration of the ore zones. Later,
after compilation of the data, structuring of the next phases will be
undertaken for this immediate mine area of the property.
