Mike,

No, I haven't bought puts on BBY yet. I wouldn't buy them unless the stock gets to a range of 9 3/8 to 9 5/8 because right now it still has support at 9 3/4. This level may hold. I don't know?? But I believe that the stock will continue to decline if it gets through 9 5/8.

As far as comparing BBY to CPU and CC, these company's have different dynamics and strategies. For example, CPU makes money on telephone and catalog sales and CC has the Car Max division and a bank that offers them some diversification. For the sake of those investing in BBY, I hope they make it, but who would have expected Tandy to close so many Computer City stores?

There are too many electronics retailers going after the same customers and this is forcing margins to very low levels. It's a tough environment to make money in. I certainly wouldn't want to be an executive for any of the electronics retailers. They have a tough job and must be under a great deal of pressure.
