Guardian Vest Saves Another
Life
DULLES, Va.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jan. 25, 1999--Guardian Technologies
International Inc. (NASDAQ:GRDN - news), The Life-Saving Company, a
manufacturer of high performance ballistic protective equipment, Monday announced
that one of their custom made bullet-resistance vests had saved the life of a Police
Officer in the City of Falls Church, Va. who had been shot in the chest during a
confrontation with an armed assailant last Thursday.
This brings to over two dozen, the number of officers whose lives have been saved
by Guardian's Life-Saving equipment.
