"They do plan on file nasdaq small cap in the future..." I think the combination of the events like making a profit, not much debt, and several possible cash cows could result in major jump in TOUP once its small cap. I think the reason your seeing the price down is that some of the restricted stock is now unrestricted and either vendors and or past key players are taking some cash...this may happen ...its ok. I really thought we would see some 1.25 - 1.50 action by now....correct me if I am wrong but it seems that it has only gone below 1.50 once or twice? TOUP is not for the daytrader...it is a long play...anything under 2.00-2.25 range is a ok place to be. I just wish oil and gas would come back.....I'm dying out here.....never thought I would wish for 2.00 a gal gas.
