JDN,

The Y2K sector is still out of favor. I thought we had begun to see a turn-around when KEA moved back up to the $40s but I see I was mistaken.

We sold our TAVA for a $1/share loss and comitted the proceeds elsewhere. The chart is UGLY and there just doesn't seem to be the support that existed last year at this time.

We need to meet or exceed earnings and have an outstanding shareholder's meeting. And they need to dump their PR firm for someone with some pull on the Street.

I don't hate TAVA, in fact it is one of the more promising Y2K/system's integration companies. But until they get cracking on the shareholder's equity front, this is dead money and I can find better opportunities elsewhere.

And I think you know where... <VBG>

Regards,

Ron
