FutureOne Inc. Receives $1.25 Million Credit Line with Ascend Communications

PHOENIX--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jan. 25, 1999--Kendall Q. Northern,
president and chief executive officer of FutureOne Inc. (OTC BB:FUTO)
announced that Ascend Communications (NASDAQ:ASND) has extended a
credit line of $1.25 million to help facilitate the rapid expansion of
FutureOne's Network Neighborhood and Voice Over IP networks.
Ascend Communications Inc., (NASDAQ:ASND) develops,
manufactures, sells, and services WAN solutions for telecommunications
carriers, Internet service providers (ISPs), and enterprises
worldwide. The $1.25 million line of credit will be used by FutureOne
to purchase equipment, which will be used in the expansion of its ISP
