I have been a TAVA long and a lurker since July '97 and would like
to vote my 3200 shares with the "investment club." I.e. no new
options, and a new p.r. firm.

I was dismayed to open my Annual Report and see the GRAY INK and dull colors. Why make good news hard to read??? Upbeat should LOOK and FEEL upbeat. This looks like a handout for a memorial service (and the art director didn't even LIKE the deceased). Black ink doesn't cost more, lively colors don't cost more. This is a poor
image for a dynamic, growing company to be offering the world.

Let me know what I need to do to "join the investment club."
