That is why they go to college, and why there is a cpa exam, and also have to keep current, so yes, if they don't "get it" they are stupid, and if you have one that doesn't get it, you best find one that does. My wife is a cpa, so I know something about all this. Excel is a good way to track your trades, for tax purposes anyway, if you do a massive amount of trading. You get a deduction on certain "foriegn" taxes.
