Thanks, Lance. That's important information. I know on the Raging Bull thread for WOOD, there was an assumption that it was only for a 1/3 portion of the land. That makes sense to me. 96 Million dollars is nothing short of a monstrous potential cash infusion for a company with these published financials. As far as I'm concerned the unknowns now move to 1)who and how many potential buyers, 2)how soon for first parcel sale, and 3)how conservative or agressive is the dollar estimate. Again I respectfully submit that it is a major event because the company carried these lands at only $27,972,394 on their balance sheet. My excitement in this company is heightened. I also get the impression that you long term holders of WOOD were caught off guard by this. But go back to post #779 by STKMN99, he remembers in 1994 when Madera was as high as $1.50 and was talking about land deals like this. I wasn't following it back then, but today this is a major item. If holders of this stock are looking for management to follow through on this projection, the cautious rise in price today makes sense. If they begin to bring in cash from land sales, I'm excited. DOES ANYBODY THINK ABOUT THE WEBSITE ANYMORE ?
