Thanks for pointing out the -News- item, which went on to say:

IDT has removed all semiconductor manufacturing equipment from the
building and has begun decommissioning the facility as a semiconductor
chip plant. The decommissioning of the facility, which is adjacent to
Cadence's worldwide headquarters, is expected to be completed in April,
allowing Cadence to use the facility for additional office space.
