RT....maybe one of those 400 lb Sumo Wrestlers needs to pay you a visit.

The more reasonable answer is that Vivus is waiting to sell the Muse distribution rights for Japan to some large company like Janssen.
Once that is done the partner would apply for Japan's approval of MUSE.

PS....Muse is selling in Hong Kong, Singapore, and other countries in the far east already, and should be available in China in the second qtr 1999.
