The lying by omission comment referred to not reporting the fact that the SEC was checking their books...."litigation is in discovery phase while deposistions continue into Feb". The appearance of sitting on potentially bad news is devastating to a stock, as winessed today. My own guess is that the books are clean, it's keeping shareholders in the dark that irritates me. As far as the stock being a good buy, possibly, but remember the inquiry continues into Feb., and I have heard nothing of the status of the ex employees suit. What do you think happens if that makes it to trial? Proceed at your own risk. This dropped 15 points before a little recovery. Maybe a day trade, I will not hold this stock overnight.
