My pleasure. I hope that the stock triples for you and you will be rewarded for your patience. The run-up in the issue is not because the company feels bad for tanking last year. That was indeed a BRE-X and market related tertiary problem. Financially the company is in above average shape. I hesitate to say great shape, because that is where they were last year. They realize that now is the time to produce results and the best time to make hay is when the sun shines. I think that we would all agree that the best days are behind us, $14.00 a share is out of range, but I add only at the moment. Market dynamics change everyday so who knows. No, the runup is indeed a function of tangible evidence (as provide the past two weeks) of what they are capable of and growing less negative sentiment towards the sector, again I hestiate to say positive but indeed on the right track. None the less, listening to bonafide know it alls like gjm who rant and rave about everything under the sun on topics that everyone disagrees with him ultimately do not help the issue. I wanted to fax you a document when I sent you a private message a couple weeks ago before the issue ran up, but received no reply. Am I a friend or foe, I tend to think friend, although some don't realize (not you).
Anyway, best of luck.
