Methinks thou dost protest too much.....

'Tis a bump in the road, and AOL is a steamroller...

From Reuters:

<<Brian Oakes, a Lehman Brothers analyst, is using a worse-case scenario of $16 million to estimate the refund cost.

Oakes said the refund expense will have no impact on his earnings estimates because it will be funded by AOL's annual marketing budget of approximately $500 million.>>

I see jack rand wants to label Robertson Stephens as hopelessly compromised due to their prior underwriting efforts. Is Lehman also tainted?
