Stan, I agree with you completely. I dont like this monkey business. Taking risk is one thing, but this is, uh, something else. I love this company. I love their niche. I thought I loved their management. But now, as a shareholder, I have definitely been kept in the dark. Sheroo, the Rsys Press Release was exactly the same thing they stated in their press conference last night. Except for a couple of little phrases and some wording, mainly, the last sentence. They mentioned nothing of the specificity of the request. I dont like this. Im sure Rsys will do well over the years, but I want to know what will be the result of this current mess. Right now on CNBC, they are discussing Mercury Finance. They misrepresented Financial Statements. The stock has been hammered. Shareholders are SUING TOP MANAGEMENT. I took my profit. It is obviously substantially below what would have probably happened, if not for the current mysteries. Stan, I agree with your posts 150%. This is reprehensible. Maria Bartiromo, in reviewing the day's activity, just reported Rsys' nice drop today. No mention of the earnings at all, she said it dropped after the company reported that the SEC is requesting documents relating to the company's inventory accounting methods. Exactly the same thing being alleged in the lawsuit. Just like I said a few posts back, without any news for the past few months, if Rsys were to come out w/ negative news, it'll get slaughtered. Well the vigin lamb was offered today. I still really like this co., but im on the sidelines for now.
Good Luck to all those still in Rsys!!! Jeff |
