Don't you think this is kind of silly? You make a bad investment and now you want to sue the federal government? Come on... What do you want them to do, cause the price of gold to rise so you'll be rich? Gee, that would open a can of worms. This isn't the first time the government has manipulated a market. Allan Greenspan even profited handsomely when the G5 agreed to devalue the dollar back in 1985. The Dollar dropped from 260 yen to 130. I don't remember hearing about anyone who sued the government over betting the wrong way on that one. Jim
