You are probably right about the restricted stock. Mark told me that none of the major stockholders plan on selling any time soon, but if stock was used for the acquisitions and is now coming off restriction we could be seeing some selling. And yes I think it creates a buying op for long termers. Gas and oil will come back, the only question is are we in too early. At some point the stock will be recognized and I want to be in when that happens. btw, if you cut and paste a quote rather than retyping, you will keep the grammar intact <g>. Dan Ogens
