Bill, I am neither an attorney nor an expert on gold. As you know, I have some big positions in gold stocks. I too firmly believe that Government is manipulating the POG. However, I agree with Jim that it may be silly to consider suing the Govt. on these grounds. Perhaps, eventually market forces will take care of this price "fixing." Until then, our strategy has accomodate the possibility of price fixing.
