ETPI News: ETPI Announces Blue-Sky Status and Web Site Enhancements HOUSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jan. 25, 1999--Entertainment Technologies & Programs Inc. (OTC BB:ETPI - news), a fully-integrated entertainment and amusement gaming company, today announced that the company will be listed with Standard and Poor's on Jan. 28, 1999. ETPI Chairman/Chief Executive Officer Doug Butcher commented, "Listing with Standard and Poor's allows us to meet the blue-sky requirements in 38 states. This will greatly increase the marketability of our stock among the brokers and investors. Until now, brokers were not allowed to recommend ETPI for purchase in those states." Additionally, the company has announced enhancements to their web sites. The Vision Quest Productions site has been enhanced to include an on-line booking feature. Division President Jeff Thornton said, "The on-line booking feature is a valuable marketing tool in expanding our presence in the civilian sector. Corporate entertainment planners will be able to quickly inquire and receive responses on availability of acts for booking." ETPI is also in the process of adding a ''shopping cart'' feature for on-line ordering on their Performance Sound & Light web site performance-s-l.com. Said Doug Butcher, ''Not only does on-line ordering make shopping easier for the customer, it also enables us to provide 24-hour shopping without having a sales representative tied to a phone.''
