The raging bull site has a few comments under messages. I started looking about one hour ago for details on this company and since they are non-reporting it is somewhat difficult. Looks like 10m shares outstanding with a float of 1.2 to 2m. Insider sales mid 1998 are a little odd since most are from "investment advisers" whatever that means. I want to be sure that this stock is not being pumped up by investment advisors who are paid off with shares & options! The business format seems good and if the spin off companies can make it over a year (since I expect that the share dividends are going to be restricted from trading for up to one year) then the stock may well be worth it's trading range of $3 -$4.50. Raging bull real time quotes will produce a chart and it looks like the stock has been relatively stable over the past year. Might be a good bet over the next six months or so!
