Janice, Yer damn right I'D be hopping mad if I was "limited" to 45 minutes when I paid for "unlimited" service. I just get the STRONG impression that this is all VERY temporary. AOL seems TOO confident that they will not be making many refunds and that this is a VERY short term problem. Might be wishful thinking, BUT they gotta flip the switch SOMETIME SOON!!! I'll resend my E to ya. VERY interesting. I mailed it a couple days ago. I think you'll find it VERY enlightening. Pacbells E-mail has been all screwed up lately so that may be the cause. Jeff
