Jeff get a good accountant...not Dwight, WHOOPS just kidding again. Really get yourself a full blown educated one. For what they can save you it easly pays for them, plus they'll teach you how to behave in the future so you can cut your tax burden.

BTW I keep drawing a blank on FUD, I need to wash my mind out with soap. Tell me again what it really stands for.
