The software is designed to work with Lucent Technologies INTUITY CONVERSANT voice information system to provide users with host connectivity over TCP/IP, the standard communications protocol for the Internet. The announcement means that organizations purchasing the INTUITY CONVERSANT system will now have the option of using the Cleo Host Interface for TCP/IP software to connect via TCP/IP, as well as making it possible for existing users of Lucent's voice information system to use the Cleo Host Interface for TCP/IP to migrate from SNA to TCP/IP.
