Patents mean nothing... Look at RDOX, it had patents on a so-called high charge density battery technology. It had a web page showing a compact battery product, which they claimed to be brining to market, that would be able to produce enough current to boost a car battery. It was a total scam, a ruse, there was no substance to it.
In other words, a patent does not mean the technology works or is marketable. Patents are often used as a ruse by shady companies to suck in unknowledgable investors.
What's an "internet engine". If you mean "search engine", Webzipper no have. Netscape or Internet explorer are web browsers. They interpret the HTML, CGI, or Java code and presents the web pages (including hypertext links, animated graphics, sound, forms, dialog boxes etc., etc.). I don't think that Webzipper has any of the functionality that these have. Webzipper is neither a web browser nor is it a search engine.
