Doesn't matter what FN & EN do regarding ABZ, they will still not get a chunk of WSP unless they buy in directly as ABZ has already taken steps to spin off all the assets other than an interest in Diavik. The ABZ interest in WSP will end up beyond the clutches of the bidders. The move by ABZ was a big green flag that it was being groomed for such a bid, it makes the valuation more straight forward.
