I think I must have made myself unclear. CSCO apparently was at one time interested in buying CSCC and CSCO aquired a significant holding in CSCC stock.

When CSCO announced the STRM merger (presumably any discussions with CSCC had ceased) CSCO indicated that it would divest itself of its CSCC stock over a long period of time so as to not affect CSCC stock and maybe for other tax or financial considerations.

So my understanding is, at this point, that CSCO is selling CSCC not buying. CSCO may still hold shares of CSCC at this time.
