This story is really getting strange now, see post 17. Twice that day there was no offer, only a bid.

Today the MM's paid $3.00/ share for 400 shares -- when the bid was $1.50 and the ASK was $3.00. A guy I know was the seller, he wanted a little cash for a trip and the MM's took it. The only plausible explanation for misleading the public is that they're trying to take in stock without selling any. Now why would a MM do that???

Normally this stock would not be an interesting company to a trader because it's going to be a stodgey old copper mine with a known rate of return etc. Besides the fact that it's undervalued, we may get a short squeeze and a nice return. Anyway, that's what it looks like to this old soldier.
