It's called "Supply and Demand." As long as EUTO continues to dump their remaining 400,000 million shares onto the market, the price will stay low.

Lurker, you missed my point.

It seems by the sale prices in time & sales that there have been a lot of buys at the ask and only 100,000 shares sold at the bid. That would indicate that there is a demand.
