Stan, I might begin to take up your rule.
In the conference call last night, they said the Company initiated the contact to the SEC after receiving numerous telephone calls to their office from the public. They said that at that time they offered full cooperation to the SEC and the SEC said that no formal investigation was in progress. They said they then received a telephone call from the SEC requesting documentation and information regarding financial/inventory accounting and immediately forwarded all info to the SEC and reiterated the fact that they would fully cooperated with any request of the SEC. Since that last request, they have not heard back from the SEC.
I can wait till March till some of this straightens up.
Yeah lets get back & figure out where we want to put our millions.:))
Jeff
