My guess is that people are disappointed and impatient about the "merger" of Conrail being pushed to June (I know I am). Somebody has been dumping their shares and it doesn't take much to push this stock one way or the other. A set back of six months is way too long for many traders; it looks like we may test last year's low of eight cents again. My biggest gains have always come from averaging down on "bad" news, this could be one of those opportunities. Dave T.
